Terms and Conditions

1. All prices are inclusive of VAT. However, there will be an added delivery fee at checkout.
2. All prices are subject to change and are valid while stocks last.
3. Due to the nature of the product, appearances may vary from the website upon delivery, as is the nature of flora.
4. Unless otherwise stated, vases and props are for product photography and aesthetic purposes only. Please read the product description clearly before clicking “Add to Cart”.
5. Due to the fresh nature of our products, substitutions may need to be made. This is a result of availability, in particular, of rarer products. Care is taken to maintain the colour scheme, theme or nature of your purchase.
6. If customer satisfaction is not 100%, please let the team know within 48 hours of receiving the purchase.
7. Not all flowers and plants are edible. Please keep plants out of reach of children and animals. We will not be held responsible for the ingestion of our products.
8. Packaging of flowers and bouquets is subject to change.

Privacy Policy

9. Flowercraft, in accordance to the POPI Act (Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013), will not use your information in any manner other than is required to carry out services requested.
10. You have the right to request that we no longer contact you regarding marketing, by any form of electronic communication.

Payments and Refunds

12. Payment is accepted via credit card or EFT.
13. Purchase will only be considered accepted upon proof of payment.
14. Proof of payment can be sent to accounts@flowercraft.co.za
15. Refunds may take 7 – 10 working days to reflect in the account due to inter-bank processes.


16. Delivery occurs between 8am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday.
17. Orders need to be made and confirmed before 12.30pm on the same day in order for same day delivery to occur.
18. Flowercraft will not take responsibility for incorrect delivery names, addresses or contact details. Please ensure these details are all correct to avoid additional charges if we required to make more than one delivery trip.
