WHEN DO WE DELIVER?
We deliver during office hours except on Sundays and Public Holidays.
ORDER CUT-OFF TIMES:
Orders must be received by 12h30 for guaranteed same-day deliveries on weekdays and by 10h00 on Saturdays. We are, however, most often able to manage orders placed after these times.
WHERE DO WE DELIVER?
We deliver to almost anywhere in South Africa.
We can also get flowers delivered worldwide through our international partners, but the prices are different from those shown on our website. Please contact us for delivery and price information, providing the exact address, (i.e. town & country of the recipient), and we will be able to give you a quotation. Countries we deliver to are USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, UK, Europe and others.
Orders for special occasions such as VALENTINE’S DAY, MOTHER’S DAY, FATHER’S DAY, WOMEN’S DAY, SECRETARIES DAY & CHRISTMAS must be received preferably at least the day before to ensure delivery on time. The prices are subject to radical change as a result of flower market prices. This applies particularly to red roses on VALENTINE’S DAY. However, if you order one of our specials in advance, then our price will remain the same. Other orders are subject to a price increase depending on the flower costs at that time. Please request a quotation from us.

ONLINE CATALOGUE PRODUCT SIZE:
All products in our online catalogue are a guide to the style and content of the product, and they portray mostly the small to medium size. We offer different sizes to meet your budget.
We use only the freshest and highest quality flowers, fruit and edibles available.
Seasonal and regional conditions may affect the availability of some flower varieties. In addition, certain colours may not always be available to meet our high quality standards. In some cases a substitution may be made. Containers may also vary slightly due to availability.
ALL PRICES SHOWN IN SOUTH AFRICAN RAND AND INCLUDE VAT. DELIVERY CHARGES ARE EXCLUDED.
